Condo Update
This riverfront condo has great raw space. The living room just needed furnishings and two small changes.
A rug defines the seating area and warms the space. Wall recesses were painted to match the wall color. The cocktail table was custom ordered, the art work, lamps, and accessories were existing.

A little dated? Nothing but a re-do would work for this tired old kitchen!
The functional design was maintained, although the wall adjacent to the dining room was reduced.
All the flooring was torn out and re-tiled in the same porcelain for flow and continuity.
The lighting was replaced with a combo of recessed and pendant lights.
The wood cabinets were custom made.
For visual interest, a marble counter with greens, browns, and grey was chosen.
A backsplash may be installed later.
